- The ultimate goal at angorashop is customer satisfaction. If for any reason any of our customers is not happy with our products and/or service we are always glad to assist. We guarantee that no client will remain unsatisfied.

- Within 30 days of the date of shipment, we accept back, for a complete refund, scarves that have not been used. Shipping and handling costs are however not refundable in cases where there is no default in our product and/or service.

- We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. However, it can take up to 3 days to get orders ready for shipping.

- Orders are being delivered from Montreal by Canada Post through normal air mail. It generally takes 4-5 days for orders to reach their destinations in North America. For other regions of the world it can take up to 15 days, depending on the destination. 7 days for Europe are normal.

- To help improve our services, we appreciate feedbacks from customers and even simple visitors to our site.

- Being made from cotton, and hand decorated, special care for the head scarves might be needed.

- Bleaching and tumble-drying are not advised. Handwashing is strongly advised for preserving colors and longer useful life of cotton scarves.
