- The ultimate goal at angorashop is customer satisfaction. If for any reason any of our customers is not satsfied with our products or service we are always glad to assist.

- Within 30 days of the date of shipment, we accept back, for a complete refund, scarves that have not been used. Shipping and handling costs are however not refundable in cases where there is no default in our product or service.

- We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. However, it can take up to 3 days to get orders ready for shipping.

- Orders are being delivered from Montreal by Canada Post through normal air mail. It generally takes 4-5 days for orders to reach their destinations in North America. For other regions of the world it can take up to 15 days, depending on the destination. Seven days for Europe are normal.

- To help improve our services, we appreciate feedbacks from clients and site visitors.

- Being made from cotton and hand decorated, our head scarves might require special care.

- Bleaching and tumble-drying are not advised. Handwashing is strongly advised for preserving colors and longer useful life of cotton scarves.
